Equality was founded by Ranji Prashad with a straightforward goal: provide reliable vehicles and honest service to people who need them. He's still involved in the business today and that's exactly why long-term relationships are how we work best. More than two decades later, that's still what we do.
We're open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Walk-ins welcome during business hours no appointment needed on weekdays.
Saturday pickups are available by appointment. Call us ahead of time and we'll arrange everything before you arrive.

What documents are required to rent a vehicle?
To rent a vehicle, you will typically need a valid driver’s license, all drivers have to be over 22 Years of age.a major credit card in the renter’s name, and proof of insurance if applicable. Additional documentation may be required depending on the rental type and driver eligibility. Our team will gladly review requirements with you before your reservation.
Is insurance included with the rental?
Insurance options vary depending on your personal auto insurance coverage, credit card benefits, and rental requirements. Additional protection products are available. Our team will help you understand your coverage options and recommend the solution that best fits your needs.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes. Rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend contacting our office as soon as possible if you need additional time so we can ensure uninterrupted use of your vehicle and make the necessary arrangements.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Absolutely. Equality Car & Truck Rental specializes in flexible daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term rental solutions for individuals, businesses, contractors, and insurance replacement customers. Custom pricing may be available for extended rental periods
Are there mileage limits?
All rentals include 200 kilometres per day as part of the standard package. For guests requiring additional mileage, we are pleased to offer customized rental solutions tailored to your travel requirements. Our team will review all mileage allowances and options with you prior to confirming your reservation, ensuring a transparent and hassle-free experience.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. We regularly assist customers who require replacement vehicles while their personal vehicles are being repaired following an accident or insurance claim. We work closely with insurance providers, repair facilities, and customers to help keep you moving with minimal disruption.
Do you provide fleet management services?
Yes. In addition to vehicle rentals, Equality offers fleet management and transportation solutions for businesses and organizations.
